The Journal of Administration and Project Development is an Open Access publication that does not charge authors for processing or publication. All content is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

This means that anyone may share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format), provided that the following conditions are met:

Attribution: You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may not suggest that the licensor endorses your use.

NonCommercial: You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

NoDerivatives: If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.

Assignment of economic rights

By submitting an article to the journal, the author(s) agree to assign to the Journal of Administration and Project Development the economic rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation of the work, worldwide and for the entire term of copyright protection (currently, 80 years after the author's death in Cuba).

However, this assignment is non-exclusive and allows the author to:

Moral rights
